4 Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals via Mobile Banking and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (BDT 50,000+) may require additional time for verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Account Closure
